A review of Brooklyn’s Interboro Spirits & Ales

Located at 942 Grand Street in Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg, Interboro spirits and ales is (likely) Brooklyn’s only Brewery/Distillery. Offering at least a dozen beers brewed onsite, Interboro serves tap beer in four ounce taster sizes as well as the standard 12 or 16 ounce pours. Patrons can see the brewing equipment thru the large floor to ceiling windows in the smallish tasting room. This spot is a tad out of the way, but well worth a visit.
