The current occupant, The Flying Cock, is somewhat similar to the previous occupant, <a href=\"http:\/\/pubcrawlbrooklyn.com\/2015\/08\/17\/a-review-of-bar-rua-in-manhattans-murray-hill\/\">Bar Rua<\/a>, except for the private space in the back is no longer walled off. \u00a0But what is it about this address and the high turnover? \u00a0We totally understand that this is Manhattan and things can turnover quite frequently. For years, this spot was Patrick Kavanaugh&#8217;s, then Pig n whistle, then Bar Rua and now Flying Cock.\u00a0 We&#8217;ve found all of these iterations to be decent spots. \u00a0We just find it strange with the turnover.\u00a0 Is it the same owner frequently reinventing the space?\u00a0 What are your thoughts on this?
